- Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the ARVERSE Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
- Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit ARVERSE and use the services.
- Service: refers to the service provided by ARVERSE as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
- You: a person or entity that is registered with ARVERSE to use the Services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thanks for using DOIING. We appreciate the fact that you like to use the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and utilising our app.
As with any subscriptions experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at ARVERSE. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at DOIING, you agree to the terms set forth below along with ARVERSE’s privacy policy.
If there’s something wrong with the subscription you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 month to issue a refund and cancell your subscription.

Refunds
At ARVERSE, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best contents. Every piece of content on our app, DOIING, is carefully crafted to meet your desires. Our goal is to ensure you fall in love with what we offer.
Unfortunately, there may be times when we can't fully meet our users' needs. If you're not completely satisfied, you can cancel your subscription within a month from the day of subscription and before the subscription exprires. We're here to support you and always welcome your feedback to help us improve.
Once we receive your cancellation confirmation and it meets the guidelines mentioned, we will initiate your refund promptly. Please allow a day or two for the processing to complete. Rest assured, you'll be notified as soon as the funds are returned to you.
